November Universe is an online store run by Brand Nu Ltd. All products are designed and produced by Brand Nu in London. Made in the UK.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, all international orders via Air Mail Post. We offer Economy shipping option to keep costs affordable. However, this service does not come with a tracking option. If you want to have your order shipped via tracked service, please select Tracked service at Checkout.
Please carefully check that your delivery address and the one supplied to November Universe by PayPal via your account are the same. We hold no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect delivery address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the UK, up to 20 working days for Europe and 45 days for the the Rest of the World, depending on your location. However, most of our orders are delivered much quicker.
In cases where the shipment fails to deliver within 45 days (UK) or 60 days (ROW) we can offer a replacement shipping or refund.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
All orders are thoroughly checked before posting and will not be sent with any defects. We do not accept returns unless the wrong item is delivered or it is damaged and it is deemed to be our fault. Goods damaged in transit must be reported by email within 48 hours of being received. If your goods are damaged, please contact us for details of how to return them in order for a replacement to be issued.
Sales of non apparel products are final and non-exchangeable. Apparel purchases can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Please email (email@example.com) first, to inform us of the reason behind the return/exchange. Also please ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition.
